I had arrived at Delhi airport, where they have a couple of Hamleys stores across different terminals. The particular toy I wanted for my son was unavailable, and I really wanted to surprise him. He was also sick at the time, so I decided to make the massive detour to Vegas Mall in peak traffic hours. But to my relief and delight, I got connected with Kunal Singh from the Hamleys, Dwarka store. He not only understood my request for the specific product within a minute, but literally completed all the billing and had a porter rider on his way to my place, all within 10 minutes. I was able to collect the order myself before getting home and surprise my little boy with the one toy he really wanted and deserved.
