He patiently guided me through various options, even the ones customers don’t usually notice while just browsing. His dedication and effort made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate it. I just went to Hamleys to buy a gift but ended up getting something for myself too! Shubham was incredibly helpful—he took the time to explore all the options with me. I really enjoyed my time shopping and even playing some games in the store. The experience was fun and memorable.
