Thanks Sohini for the good experience we had at the store. Full experience: My son won a 1.5k gift card voucher from the lulu mall Hamleys store for having won a competition. This was supposed to be valid for a year across all stores. So we visited the Hamleys store at the Phoenix marketcity mall today and kids were excited to get something for themselves. After purchase when we swipe the gift card, it showed 0 as the balance!! Ofcourse the kids were disapointed that they were cheated! The card apparently was never topped up at all by the lulu mall store!! But Sohini at the counter was gracious enough to quickly make a few calls and get the matter sorted and approve the transaction. The disappointment turned into happiness due to the way she handled the situation.
