Had an amazing experience at Hamleys! The store is lively, well-stocked, and truly a paradise for kids and even adults who love toys. Everything is neatly arranged, and there's a wide variety to choose from across all age groups. A special mention to Manager Uday-exceptional professionalism and customer service. He was very attentive, approachable, and ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. It's rare to see such dedication and leadership on the floor. We did a big bill purchase for birthday party and got amazing toys and i wasn't knowing hamleys had great discounts on multiple products, it was really worth picking many items and also the suggestions from the manger details about the products, its warranty, exchange policy and usage of the product, it made us bill more than what we thought our budget was and the end discount on getting membership , I wasn't even knowing, hamleys gives 20% discount on twice a month in a year, appreciate the knowledge and info i got from him, Paying ₹20 for gift wrap made me uncomfortable but with discount, our bill was more than 10k thus got a free gift, it was satisfied. The store in the mall is much easy to grap things as its next to the elevator, enter the mall, get into elevator, 3rd floor and straight into the store in 60 second, easy to grab for urgent buy, made our day quick and fast on our urgent go. The overall atmosphere, staff friendliness, and service quality make this outlet stand out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Garuda Mall. Definitely a 5-star experience.
