Excellent Customer Service at Hamleys, Bangalore- vegacity I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Nanda Kumar and Mr. Raj Kumar at Hamleys, vega city Mall Bangalore, for going above and beyond to help us. We had purchased a drone but unfortunately couldn't carry its battery due to security restrictions at Hyderabad airport. Finding a replacement for this rare battery was quite challenging, but the manager took the initiative, understood our situation, and went out of the way to help us arrange one. His exceptional customer focus, helpful attitude, and willingness to take ownership truly made a difference. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about customers and make an extra effort to resolve their problems. A big thank you to Mr.Nanda Kumar and Mr. Raj Kumar and the Hamleys vegacity team for such wonderful support. Keep up the great work !
