    I would like to sincerely appreciate Mohit at Hamleys for his outstanding customer service and commitment to child safety. As a Hamleys member, I raised a concern regarding a hard surface in the play area after my son's nose got injured and started bleeding while playing. Mohit listened carefully to the issue, took it seriously, and assured me that corrective action would be taken. To my surprise, the issue was addressed within just 24 hours. Mohit not only got the necessary modifications completed but also shared photographs of the fixes with me as confirmation. This level of responsiveness, accountability, and customer care is truly commendable. It's rare to find employees who genuinely care about customer feedback and act so quickly to improve safety for children. Thank you, Mohit, for your professionalism and dedication. Hamleys is fortunate to have team members like you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
