Well all Hamley's are the same with their toy's collection but what differentiates this outlet is the excellent staff. We went here on Christmas and I faced some issue with the gift voucher during payment. Even on a busy day, the store manger and the staff understood my concern and were very helpful. They gave great suggestions on the toys and knew exactly what I needed. I had a lovely experience shopping here.
