    We bought a toy car for our nephew. Stepped into the store a little late due to other work. The staff was so kind to assist us while they were about to leave in 10mins. No hurry, no pressure. Showed us many products out of which we bought one. Patiently gift wrapped it even. Very thankful to Praveen who assisted us. Lots of love to Hamleys staff and specially Praveen at Nexus.
