    I had a wonderful experience at Hamleys Trivandrum, thanks to Samson, one of the sales staff. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. Samson went out of his way to help us find the perfect toys and even took the time to demonstrate how some of them worked, which made the shopping experience fun and engaging for us! His cheerful attitude and genuine interest in helping customers really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such warmth. Hamleys is already a magical place, and Samson made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Samson if you visit the store — he truly embodies the spirit of Hamleys! 🎈
