Excellent service by Asma. A particular doll that my daughter wanted was not available at the T2 arrivals store and my 4 year old daughter was disappointed. Asma quickly grasped the sentiment, called the store at the departure terminal, found the stock - only 1 piece was left - made a dash to get it and she honestly saved the day! Fantastic customer service.
