During the festive season, Hamleys, Ghatkopar RCity Mall, was offering huge discounts on certain toys. I picked up a toy for my kid, which was working, but a few features were not functioning properly. The very next day, I visited the store to get it exchanged; however, I had forgotten to carry the bill. The staff could have easily chosen not to entertain my request, but based on my transaction statement, they immediately helped me with a solution and granted a quick exchange. They also clearly explained what the issue was with the earlier piece. All this happened during rush hour, which makes the experience even more commendable. Respect. Happiness. Top-class service. Outstanding and excellent customer support. Keep it up 🤘🏻👍🏻
